Tech Hustler provides technology media, public relations, sponsored content, and advertising services. We may help with drafting, editorial review, outlet matching, publication coordination, and reporting as described in an agreed quote or statement of work.
Quotes and payment
Quotes describe the requested work, timing, and price. Work begins when the scope is accepted and any required payment or deposit is received. Additional work requires approval. Published placements and third-party charges may be non-refundable once ordered or delivered.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, publication acceptance, media coverage, or business results. Outcomes depend on third parties, audience response, algorithms, and market conditions.
Content and intellectual property
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights to materials you provide. You grant Tech Hustler permission to use those materials to perform the services. Each party retains its pre-existing intellectual property. Rights to final work are governed by the applicable quote or agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Tech Hustler is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our total liability for a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction selected by the parties, without regard to conflict of law rules. The user may refine this governing law provision in a written agreement. Questions may be sent to hello@techhustler.org.
