Refund Policy

Guest posts

Whether a guest post link is do-follow depends on the publisher. Some sites use nofollow, sponsored, or mixed attributes. We confirm the live link type before you approve a placement when the brief asks for that check. We do not promise that a placement will be do-follow.

If the publisher removes the live page within [PLACEHOLDER: days] after it goes live, we will ask for a replacement placement. If a comparable replacement is not available, we will refund the fee you paid us for that placement. This does not cover changes you requested, a rejection caused by inaccurate or unlicensed material you supplied, or money paid as ad spend.

A publisher fee already paid to a third party is refundable only if that publisher refunds it to us.

Ads management

Ads management fees are non-refundable after work starts, unless [PLACEHOLDER]. Work starts when we begin the agreed audit, account setup, campaign changes, or related production. Ad spend charged by Google, Meta, or another platform is not our management fee, and we cannot refund spend the platform does not return.

How to request a refund

Email hello@techhustler.org with the quote or order, the placement or campaign, and what happened. We will confirm what this policy and your quote allow. We do not use placeholder amounts or deadlines as a promise until the bracketed items are filled.
