Tech Hustler provides digital PR, guest posting, Google Ads and Meta Ads management, and AI automation for Google Business Profile and social media. A quote or statement of work describes the exact scope, such as drafting, editorial review, publisher matching, publication coordination, ad account work, reporting, or setup.
Quotes and payments
A quote states the requested work, timing, and price. Work starts when you accept the scope and any required payment or deposit is received. Work outside that scope needs a new approval. Third-party charges, including publisher fees and ad spend paid to the ad platform, are separate from our service fee unless the quote says otherwise.
No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee rankings, any search position, traffic, leads, publication, do-follow links, media coverage, ad performance, or business results. Publishers, ad platforms, and search systems set their own rules. Outcomes depend on those third parties, on audiences, and on market conditions.
Your materials and intellectual property
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights in materials you give us. You allow Tech Hustler to use those materials to perform the services. Each party keeps intellectual property it already owned. Rights in finished work follow the applicable quote or written agreement. If the quote is silent, you may use the finished work for the campaign it was made for, and we may keep copies for our records. We will not publish your confidential information as a public case study without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Tech Hustler is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost ad spend beyond our own fee. Our total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow a contract to limit.
