Privacy Policy

Who we are

Tech Hustler operates https://techhustler.org and provides digital PR, guest posting, advertising, and AI automation services. Legal entity: [PLACEHOLDER: legal name + address]. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@techhustler.org.

Information we collect

We group personal information by category. Items marked as placeholders are not active on the site yet.

  • Contact forms. If you use a form, we collect the fields you submit, such as name, email, company, message, service interest, website, and similar brief details.
  • Email. If you email us, or if we email you about a request, we keep that correspondence. Our public contact address is hello@techhustler.org.
  • Hosting (Hostinger). Hostinger hosts this website. Hosting logs can include IP address, browser type, date and time, and pages requested. Hostinger uses that data to deliver and secure the site.
  • Analytics. [PLACEHOLDER: GA4]. This is not connected. If we turn it on later, it may record pages viewed, device type, and approximate location, and only after cookie consent where the law requires consent.
  • Advertising pixels. [PLACEHOLDER: Meta Pixel]. This is not connected. If we turn it on later, a pixel may record visits or form actions so ads can be measured, and only after cookie consent where required.
  • Session tools. [PLACEHOLDER: Microsoft Clarity]. This is not connected. If we turn it on later, it may record how a page is used, such as clicks and scrolls, and only after cookie consent where required.
  • CRM and email tools. [PLACEHOLDER]. No CRM or email marketing tool is connected. If we add one, we may store the contact details you gave us so we can reply and keep a record of a request.
  • Payments. We do not take card payments on this site today. If we add WooCommerce or another checkout later, a payment provider would process billing details. [PLACEHOLDER: payment processor].

How we use information

We use information to reply, provide the service you asked for, keep ordinary business records, secure the site, and, only if those tools are later enabled, measure site use and ads. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

These are common GDPR and CCPA style rights, in plain English. They are not a promise that every law applies to every visitor.

  • You can ask what we hold about you and ask for a copy.
  • You can ask us to correct information that is wrong.
  • You can ask us to delete information, unless we must keep it for a legal duty or an unfinished contract.
  • You can ask us to limit certain uses, or object to a use that is not needed to perform a contract or meet a legal duty.
  • Where the law gives you data portability, you can ask for a portable copy of information you provided.
  • Where we rely on consent, including optional cookies, you can withdraw that consent.
  • We do not sell personal information. If that ever changes, we will say so here and offer any opt-out the law requires. We will not treat you worse for making a privacy request.
  • If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Email hello@techhustler.org. We may ask you to confirm that the request is about you.

Security, retention, and updates

We use reasonable safeguards. No website can promise perfect security. We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, legal duties, and business records, then we delete it or remove identifiers. We may update this policy when our practices change.
